The ANALOG OUTPUT REDUNDANT, RMG-AOR-MC-2010 is used in Control Panels as Redundancy Card for two analog inputs from analog cards.
The unit has 8 channels and each channel receives 2 inputs. When both the received inputs are within the specified band, AOR passes the higher value signal as output provided the selector switch is set at HIGH MODE . Similarly Lower value/ Average value is passed on when the selection is LOW MODE or AVERAGE MODE
If either or both the inputs go out of the specified range, then the AOR allows the pre-determined high value (20mA) to pass to the remote termination unit.
The AOR module works from an auxiliary supply of 24 VDC. ANALOG OUTPUT REDUNDANT (AOR) is designed to operate on an input voltage of 24 V dc ±8%.
